Race lived in Ohio. She was a typical F/C in that she wanted alot of attention, was very playful, very intelligent and affectionate.  She was Darryl's hunting companion but kept close to Pam.  She had travelled to Montana and Arkansas for hunting and had been very successful.  She absolutely loved to hunt!! In 1998  Darryl's recollection of that year with Race was 50 pheasants, 34 ducks (20 in Arkansas), and 28 geese.  Darryl and Pam were absolutely pleased with Race in every way. He stated  that " Race had been the perfect dog for us."
